# Exit a DAO

**Holder**

Redemption of all Equity Tokens is considered as exiting the DAO; 

**Manager**

First remove the manager by voting, and then redeem all Equity Tokens as exiting the DAO;

**Return** 

The DAO that fails to subscribe enters the return period In return, and the Holder and Manager can retrieve the principal.
